Alfares & Magrabi Law Firm was established to provide specialized commercial law services in response to the needs of a rapidly growing and dynamic commercial environment within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Meet The Team
Both partners represent private investors and corporate clients in relation to banking and finance, trade, investment, private and commercial real estate transactions. They have advised on number of major transactions which include mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate restructuring and the provision of development financing for significant investment projects.
Mohammed Alfares
Lawyer & Founding Partner
He is a graduate of both the King Abdulaziz University, Jeddah – Kingdom of Saudi Arabia where he obtained a BA in Law, and Fordham University, New York – USA, where he obtained a Masters Degree in Corporate, Finance and Banking Law.
Mr. Alfares has acquired extensive practice experience in several jurisdictions, primarily in relation to corporate & commercial matters. His international background and experience gives him a global perspective and an ability to work effectively within a multi-cultural environment and to collaborate with other professionals in this regard.
Rayan Magrabi
Lawyer & Founding Partner
He has been in the active practive of law since obtaining master’s degree (LL.M) in International Commercial Law from the university of Kent in 2010. Prior to the master’s degree, he graduated from King Abdulaziz University in 2007 with major in law.
Mr. Magrabi’s practice focuses on special situations such as commercial and civil disputes of substantial financial impact. His emphasis is on clients in litigation and arbitration matters, contracts, financial services, franchise law and disputes, construction, international trade, bankruptcy and general commercial matters.
